Project File: Let the Water Hold Me Down — CatMomJudy

I decided to try to jump back into writing in a slightly madcap fashion. It was a crazy idea that came to me from a tumblr post two years ago and that got revived by some comments on Discord in September 2024. I sat down back then and, in the course of a very long evening, furiously made notes (on this and two sequel fics because we have to do something with Athena and Maddie eventually, don’t we?) to purge it from my system, since I had other fics that I was trying to write at the time and had just started working up the idea for my November 2024 RT. So help me, it didn’t quite purge, and that file has taunted me every time I’ve gone to work on other fics. So, “Out, damned spot! out, I say!”
