Question about Tony in Somalia

Hi guys,
I have a question I need help with. When Tony was in Somalia he was drugged, and beaten, but somehow was able to return to D.C immediately. If he'd needed serious medical attention that couldn't wait for them to arrive in D.C, where would he have been taken for treatment?
