Change came on the wings of dragons in the form of a devastating wave that destroyed the lives of thousands and had more consequences than any expected. It’s not just the deaths the city faces, nor the failure of the warning system, or the investigation already underway against the LAFD and the destruction of the ‘family’ they’d thought they’d made at the 118. It’s in the form of protecting their son, the next generation of Dragon Carriers.
