This is AU all around. Knowledge of 9-1-1 Canon is not needed. I am using my own timeline. I only follow canon when it suits my needs.

When Tony Sheppard got the plague, he thought it would bring the team together. Only it turns out that his boss hates all magic. Then someone from the past shows up w/the son he thought he'd never see again. This unleashes a series of changes that ends with Tony partnered with the one who got away. But Tony is a Sheppard, and they don't know how to quit. As the hurt keeps coming, he has his father and brothers there to keep him together, and two sons to guide into a better future.
